Our approach provides consistent care engagements to our youth, more direct support to our workers, and continuous improvement of our support strategies. Our goal is to deliver our “wrap-around model” of support to provide consistent engagement to mentors and coaches and to empower vulnerable children to rebuild trusting relationships with adults. We achieve this by pairing the right workers with the children who need them most.
